| Why "Planes Photography" you ask? |
| Well, you see, it's a play on words. "Planes" because planes, as in aircraft, are some of my favorite subjects to take pictures of. It 'plays' on "Plains," which is the nickname for the area of Alabama which I operate from. I will use this site, initially, to share some of the pictures from my 'archive.' Which, believe it or not, is fairly extensive, although 99% of those pictures need to be scaned in from film. Because, well, I am old fashioned (and proud of it!) and I shoot with a Nikon N65 35mm film camera, and occasionally with a Canon Z115 'point&shoot.'
